The mayoral primary is still almost two months out, and the race to run City Hall is raging on. There are very important issues you should weigh before deciding who to vote for in the upcoming primary (if you’re a registered Democrat). Weird and awkward photos of each mayoral candidate are probably not one of them.
Oh well. Here they are anyway.
Lynne Abraham
Lynne Abraham is leading the mayoral race, according to Lynne Abraham’s 500-person poll that was commissioned by Lynne Abraham and disseminated by Lynne Abraham. The former Philadelphia district attorney has thus far proven that she really isn’t going to tailor any policies to the city’s vast millennial population and is sticking with her target demo — old people.
Abraham’s also an animal lover, as you can tell from this family photo that she released to the media. So many dogs.

Nelson Diaz
Have to hand it to Judge Nelson Diaz: The dude is pretty photogenic. We were able to track down this pretty awkward photo of Diaz having someone put his pants on? Adjust his suspenders? Loop his belt? Dunno! Just look at the tie that’s dotted with sparkling patriotism. You go, Nelson Diaz.

Jim Kenney
Former councilman Jim Kenney is the opposite of Nelson Diaz. There are so. many. weird. pics. to choose from. But our personal favorite is the image below that was tweeted by Lauren Hitt, Kenney’s spokeswoman. Apparently the mayoral hopeful can do yoga. Just call him Bendy Kenney.

Doug Oliver
Doug Oliver, the former PGW executive, is solidifying himself as a millennially-focused candidate, not in small part due to being the youngest candidate at 40. According to his website, Oliver attended Lock Haven University for undergrad and La Salle for his masters. He was apparently in Kappa Alpha Psi. People, we give you frat bro Dougie O:

T. Milton Street
Look, T. Milton Street has had his fair share of complications so far this election, but at least he’s provided some much-needed comic relief. Let’s just say it wasn’t hard to find a photo of our pal Milton looking pretty goofy.

Anthony Williams
We’ve never been more happy that Anthony Williams comes last alphabetically. Sorry everyone, but his weird photo is the best. It’s not even close. I give you: current State Sen. Anthony Hardy Williams dancing on-stage.

You’re welcome.
