Billy Penn and Fox 29 have teamed up for brackets before, but this time around, what we’ve learned is this: Philadelphia takes a lot of pride in neighborhoods.
More people casted votes in the Billy Penn/ Fox 29 Ultimate Philadelphia Neighborhood Bracket than any other. We started with 32 neighborhoods and towns, ranging from smaller Philadelphia neighborhoods to the towns of South Jersey and the Pennsylvania and Delaware ‘burbs. Through four rounds of voting, we fielded more than 30,000 votes, including more than 12,000 votes that were casted in the final round: the Philadelphia neighborhood of Roxborough vs. New Jersey’s Cherry Hill.
So without further ado, we announce the winner of the Billy Penn/ Fox 29 Ultimate Philadelphia Neighborhood Bracket. The winner is:
