Perhaps Jim Kenney’s first move, if he gets elected, should be purchasing billboards throughout the city with his face plastered on them. He may be the favorite to win the mayoral election today but — given the likelihood of low voter turnout — that doesn’t mean people know what he looks like or who he is.
And is he even as recognized as local sportscaster Howard Eskin? Eskin, on social media, has been boasting of his popularity while running a write-in mayoral campaign and even making “Eskin for Mayor” t-shirts.
So who does Philadelphia know better, Kenney or Eskin? We went to find out.
