Billy Penn has a new vice president of events and sales: Meet Kellie Panter, most recently an Integrated National Sales Executive for the Philadelphia Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com. She starts today.
Kellie’s a South Jersey native, and brings to Billy Penn nearly 20 years of experience in digital sales and marketing. At the Philadelphia Media Network, her clients included major national brands and their agencies, such as TD Bank, AstraZeneca, Independence Blue Cross, Merck Pharmaceuticals.
She’s a former director of sales and marketing for Lucky Strike Lanes in Philadelphia, and also worked in sales and events for WashingtonPost.com.

Kellie is taking the reins from Angela Smith, our founding VP of Sales and Events, who’s heading to Newspaper Media Group as the Director of Marketing, launching a marketing and events department for the organization.
“Angela did a tremendous job for us, and we’re thrilled she’s landed such a great new position,” Brady said. “She started when no one knew who or what Billy Penn was, and her tireless efforts to change that are a big part of the reason we’re now known, respected and closing deals with A-list Philly advertisers.”
Kellie lives in Berlin, NJ with her husband Chris and son Jackson.
