For the eleventh year, dozens of businesses along Cecil B. Moore handed out candy as part of the annual “Avenue of Treats.”
The event, hosted by Beech Community Services in partnership with Temple Police and Temple Athletics, is designed to let neighborhood kids get in on Halloween trick-or-treating without parents worrying about them staying safe.
