BBQ, BREWS and LIVE BLUES benefiting the Friends of the Rail Park. Chef Chad Rosenthal is bringing his smokers to Spring Arts for an all day BBQ pre-Eagles game preview of his Lucky Well restaurant. The site of the former PHS Pop Up Garden at the Viaduct Rail Park will be transformed to a warm, outdoor pre-game party featuring live blues music, local artists and Chef Rosenthal’s celebrated BBQ cuisine.

Why

Chef Chad Rosenthal will open location No. 2 for his Ambler, Pennsylvania based Lucky Well in 2018 at 990 Spring Garden Street. The BBQ, Brews and Live Blues Event serves as a preview for the chef’s delectable barbecue cuisine that will soon have a home in the Spring Arts neighborhood of Callowhill.

About Chad Rosenthal

The Upper Dublin native eats, breathes, sleeps and creates all things food and especially barbecue. A self-taught chef who has been in the kitchen since age five, Chad found his calling in the world of barbecue, having won a series of competitions and events over the last 15 years. Chad is currently the chef-owner of The Lucky Well in Ambler and Bánh Street in Spring House, with a second Lucky Well location slated for 2018 at 990 Spring Garden.

Chad was cast on Season nine of Food Network Star and returned as a fan favorite in Season 10. He was a finalist on Chopped Grill Masters Napa and has recently launched a full line of culinary products on Home Shopping Network.
