How well do you know Philadelphia?

Since May, we’ve been hosting Billy Penn Philly Quizzo, which tests your local knowledge with three rounds of questions: Philly Past, Philly Present and Philly Future.

On Thursday night, we took over the hidden-but-beautiful uCity PHS Pop Up Garden (which is full of apple trees bearing fruit right now). More than 70 people showed up to play and split into nine teams — three of which decided to reference Gritty in their team name. One team was named “Register to Vote Here,” which they were actually equipped to execute!

Despite some sprinkles from the clouds overhead, everyone stayed and played their hearts out. Big congrats to team Gritty Largen, who earned nearly a perfect score and won VIP tickets to the sold-out Wizard School, hosted by the Franklin Institute on Oct. 23. (We also sent out a special offer for a few of those tickets to Billy Penn members last night.)
