Saxbys CEO Nick Bayer created Saxbys Coffee in 2005 because he wanted to provide a welcoming space with consistently good coffee. Since then — thanks to an unparalleled focus on hospitality and community — Saxbys has expanded to 30 cafés. He is currently the Entrepreneur in Residence at Cornell University and faculty member at Drexel University, where he teaches a course in entrepreneurial franchising. He serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania and has been a Big Brother for seven years.
