Sakeenah Benjamin (she/her) is the Philly Quizzo co-host for Billy Penn and helps run BP's Instagram. She is also WHYY’s Public Information Coordinator, where she handles the Street Team and influencer engagement. She previously worked at Radio One Philadelphia as a producer and street team assistant. She has a television degree from Clark Atlanta University and a master's in journalism from Hofstra University, where she interned at CNN New York.
Sakeenah is a West Philly native and believes it's the best part of town. She dedicates time to the Philadelphia Association of Black Journalists, where she is a member of the Associate Membership Committee and the Public Relations Council. In 2019, she won an award from the Nancy Bacher Long PR Institute as part of the Public Relations Society Philly Chapter.
