Temple better burger fans, get excited: BurgerFi is coming to campus.

The first college outpost of the fast-casual chain will be in the newly-renovated Howard Gittis Student Center food court, at 13th and Montgomery streets. It’ll be run by Aramark, which has worked out a franchise deal with the growing burger outlet.

BurgerFi already operates a Philly store at 12th and Arch Streets, across from Reading Terminal Market. The chain is known for its double-patty burgers on logo-branded buns, and it also serves hand-cut fries, hot dogs, onion rings and shakes.

The Temple location is expected to open in August 2017.
