Cycling Classic makes triumphant return
After a ten-year absence, race fans crowded the course to see more than 200 cyclists compete in the Philadelphia Cycling Classic.
The race was personal for Robin Carpenter, who grew up half a block from the Manayunk Wall. ““Every time going up the wall was just like hair-raising… It’s just so loud. Appeals court rules against ICE mandatory detention policy
A federal appeals court in Philadelphia ruled Friday that a Trump administration policy mandating detention of nearly all undocumented immigrants violates the Fifth Amendment and federal immigration law.
